What areas do you serve?

Are your technicians insured and trained?
Yes. All GatorClean technicians are certified, trained, and fully insured.
Do you service commercial pools?
Yes. We maintain HOA, apartment, hotel, and community pools with cleaning, chemistry, inspections, reporting, and compliance.
Do I need to be home for service?
No. As long as we have access to the pool area and equipment, we can complete service.
Can services be bundled?
Absolutely. Pool service, storm cleanup, lanai cleaning, and special treatments can be bundled for convenience and savings.
Do you offer weekly and biweekly service plans?
Yes. Choose weekly service for busy pools or biweekly for lightly used or screened-in pools.
Do you provide service reports?
Yes. After each visit, you’ll receive notes on water chemistry, cleaning, and equipment status.
Do you provide acid washing?
Yes. Pool Acid Washing removes stubborn stains, mineral buildup, and algae discoloration for plaster and concrete pools.
Do you offer storm cleanup?
Yes. Our Pool Storm Cleanup removes debris, balances water, and inspects equipment after storms or heavy rain.
Can you start up or winterize a pool?
Yes. We provide complete startup, shutdown, and seasonal pool services for residential and commercial pools.
Is pressure washing safe for pool decks?
Yes. We use surface-appropriate pressure and soft-wash techniques to protect concrete, pavers, aluminum, and glass.
What’s included in weekly or biweekly pool service?
Water testing and chemical balancing, skimming, vacuuming, brushing, cleaning skimmer baskets, and equipment inspection.
What is included in Lanai Cleaning?
Pressure washing pool decks, cleaning screens, washing windows and doors, and removing mildew, dirt, and debris.
What is GatorClean Pool School?
On-site training for pool owners, teaching water testing, chemical balancing, equipment operation, and maintenance tips
What is Pool Chemistry & System Inspection?
We test and balance water, inspect pumps, filters, and plumbing, clean baskets, and monitor for early issues—available weekly or biweekly.
What is the Realtor Relationship Program?
A partnership for realtors to keep pools inspection-ready. Services include priority scheduling, Green to Clean, storm cleanup, and inspection reports.
How do you handle algae or green pools?
Our Green to Clean / Algae Treatment removes algae with professional-grade chemicals, brushing, and filter care. Severe cases may need multiple visits.
